INTRODUCTION

Organizational pressure on recruiting and selection units appears to be continuous, if not rising over time. With little, more is necessary. New and more successful recruiting methods are now required, since branding strategies and the use of technology are no longer optional. Diversifying frequently used selection procedures has become critical in order to increase the dependability of selection decisions and the quality of employees.
