Managing Conflict through Communication
INTRODUCTION
Conflict Resolution Through Communication teaches learners how to approach conflict constructively and how to improve their conflict management and resolution abilities. This training will teach you how to communicate simply and directly using both verbal and nonverbal strategies. You will learn how to handle disagreement, create clear expectations, and manage yourself and others in tough situations.
In this course, you will learn about the nature of conflict and whether it is positive or detrimental. We will study dispute resolution tactics, as well as the processes required to establish a mutual understanding. We will practice defusing and resolving conflict via exercises and role plays.
