Crisis Response, Behavior Intervention and Management

INTRODUCTION

Develop your confidence in applying effective conflict resolution and communication tactics and behavior intervention in an interactive context. Best practices in care-giving scenarios will be investigated, as will the effects of personal beliefs, institutional contexts, and other variables that contribute to dysfunctional behavior. The need of self-care and self-evaluation of the caregiver will also be addressed.
