INTRODUCTION

Healthcare marketing is the process of attracting healthcare customers, guiding them through their healthcare experience, and keeping them engaged with the health system through strategic outreach and communications.

This course will teach you how to create sophisticated healthcare marketing strategies that combine multichannel, highly segmented, and targeted online and offline methods to boost engagement and promote company development. Specific metrics associated with key performance indicators (KPIs) and/or marketing return on investment are used by health systems to assess the success of their marketing operations (ROI).
