INTRODUCTION

Corporations all across the world labor every day to raise the value of their shares for the investing public. To capitalize on this value, firms must always make every effort to interact extensively with their investors and potential investors. As a result, investor relations are a critical component of corporate strategy, particularly in terms of communication. Corporate departments responsible for investor orientations must create the essential link between effective communication and corporate goals.
