Managerial Decision Making and Problem Solving Competencies

INTRODUCTION

Managers are continually faced with the challenge of addressing complicated challenges and making vital decisions. These issues, if not managed appropriately, can have serious consequences for operations and profitability. This training provides managers with the tools and strategies they need to solve problems properly and permanently and make the best decisions. Participants will learn how to create the correct mentality for issue solving, which will enable them to comprehend, evaluate, and appreciate the many types of problems, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and make the right judgments for long-term solutions. Participants will also learn that certain problems cannot be handled rationally and require alternative, more creative ways.
