Managerial Decision Making and Problem Solving Competencies
INTRODUCTION
Managers are continually faced with the challenge of addressing complicated challenges and making vital decisions. These issues, if not managed appropriately, can have serious consequences for operations and profitability. This training provides managers with the tools and strategies they need to solve problems properly and permanently and make the best decisions.
