Innovation and Product Strategy

INTRODUCTION

A product innovation strategy is a strategy for increasing market share or profitability via product and service innovation. When considering innovation strategy, it is critical to remember that a successful strategy must accurately tell which job executor, job, and segment to target in order to achieve the maximum growth, as well as which unmet requirements to fulfil in order to assist consumers perform their jobs better. In addition, when it comes to developing the solution, an innovation strategy must specify if a product enhancement approach or a disruptive or breakthrough innovation method is preferable. This course offers participants with a thorough grasp of product strategies and design thinking methodologies to assist them in developing products that meet the needs and ambitions of their customers.
