INTRODUCTION

Change management is a systematic strategy to ensuring that any changes made to a business are done appropriately and that the long-term advantages of a specific change are realized. Individuals and teams inside a corporation and how they might migrate to a new way of doing things with little impact on their day-to-day operations are often the focus of change management.

Continuous improvement is a long-term, continual effort to enhance processes, goods, and services. Continuous improvement, as opposed to change management, occurs gradually and tries to make modest incremental improvements over time. It should be noted, however, that continuous improvement programmes can also be part of a wider change management strategy. In general, continuous improvement seeks to adapt and enhance corporate processes in order to boost efficiency and lower costs. Because the bulk of changes are minor, there is frequently less opposition and greater take-up.
