Leadership, Business Process Improvement, and Process Mapping

INTRODUCTION

A diagram is worth a million words. Process mapping is both an art and a science when it comes to process improvement. This course aims to develop participants’ process mapping skills by assisting them in understanding the various process mapping approaches, ranging from simple flow charts to value stream mapping. Additionally, this course covers leadership, organizational culture, and best practices for project leadership and implementation.
