Lean Operations for Process Improvements
INTRODUCTION
This course will lay the groundwork for participants to begin adopting Lean process improvement technologies in their business. You will learn the fundamentals of Lean through principles improvement ideas (value, waste, variation, complexity, and continuous improvement). You will be provided with tools to execute continuous improvement in their organizations, such as 5S, 5W-2H, PDSA, DMAIC, Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu, and other techniques.
COURSE METHODOLOGY
This course is designed in the form of workshop which will includes a variety of learning tools to help participants function effectively and efficiently in a multifunctional environment through various methodologies including;

COURSE OBJECTIVES
