Project Portfolio Management

INTRODUCTION

The course covers the whole project portfolio cycle, including the definition of core project portfolio terminology, the introduction of project portfolio models, and the presentation of project assessment approaches.

This hands-on training will provide you the skills and information you need to adopt a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) approach in your organization.

Throughout the course, you will be able to work on a variety of interactive tasks, such as creating a portfolio priority sorting tool and a graphic dashboard, both of which you will be able to re-use at work. There will also be examples of commercial PPM automation tools.
