INTRODUCTION

Procurement is a complicated process that may give several benefits to the company in the shape of cheaper pricing, greater quality, and increased performance. An organization cannot function optimally without effective procurement. Contracts are formed as a result of the procurement process, and they are the lifeblood of the commercial side of the business, ensuring that the advantages of the purchasing process are carried through into the firm itself.
