Kaizen Practitioner Masterclass
INTRODUCTION
The Japanese term for “Continual Improvement” is Kaizen – Continuous Improvement. Kaizen is made up of two words: KAI – Change and Zen – Good (For Better). So the actual definition of Kaizen is “Change for Better” through taking little steps in our Professional, Personal, and Social lives.
Kaizen – Continual Improvement assists companies in developing a process-oriented style of thinking and developing ways to ensure continuous improvements that involve individuals at all levels of an organization’s structure.
