Quality Management and Control of Quality

INTRODUCTION

This course combines strategy with quality to assist participants build the skills needed to create their organization’s quality strategic plans. The course will walk learners through the history of quality and strategy, connecting the two via practical applications. Participants will learn how to assess the existing state of an organization and identify gaps and future needs. The course will also look at the strategic planning process from inception through initiative selection. Furthermore, the process of identifying quality key result areas will be described. Participants will walk away with the tools, skills, and information they need to begin their own path of strategizing for their quality departments and developing deployment strategies.

This course is designed in the form of workshop which will includes a variety of learning tools to help participants function effectively and efficiently in a multifunctional environment through various methodologies including;
