INTRODUCTION

DISC is an acronym that stands for the four main behavioral drivers: dominance, influence, conscientiousness, and stability. Dominant managers express themselves boldly and confidently. Influential people frequently integrate emotion and work and are concerned with building relationships with coworkers.

This training course focuses on various essential aspects of doing business with a multi-pronged approach for team management, such as mental cognitive mapping for innovative just-in-time delivery and disruption in business logic with a culturally varied team.
