Breaking Stereotypes: Women Managers
INTRODUCTION
Stereotypes are the sometimes-invisible barriers to success that many women face in their jobs. It is not a choice to accept stereotypes as unbreakable. High rates of involvement and employment are important indicators of women’s status. High educational attainment is critical in closing the gender wage gap that women face internationally.
