INTRODUCTION

Crisis management is a critical approach used by businesses to avoid and mitigate dangers that threaten to endanger people and property.  Crisis management models may be used to analyze risk events that occur in a variety of companies. Effective crisis management is achievable when a realistic prognosis of the risks that a specific business confronts is available.
