Corporate Induction

INTRODUCTION

A corporate induction is the initial stage in integrating new employees into your organization. It is typically used to induct employees and staff before their first day on the job. A corporate induction often comprises critical information and issues that a new employee must be aware of and recognize before beginning work, such as safety information and procedures, HR rules and procedures, and an introduction to the organization and team with whom they will be working.

This course will teach you how to handle the induction process from start to finish. This training will also assist you in developing extremely effective induction programmes and processes that will create a very good tone with your new recruits.
