INTRODUCTION

Supervisors have a vital role in corporate performance. Supervising subordinates at work is what supervision entails. The supervisor is a member of the management team and one of the front line managers. He is a person who must undertake a variety of tasks in order to maximize production. As a result, the supervisor is the sole manager who plays an essential role at the execution level. Supervisors, according to some thinkers, are employees.
