INTRODUCTION

The phrase “supervisory leadership skills” refers to the abilities that supervisors employ to assist them fulfil their duties. Supervisors must communicate with employees in order to monitor performance and assign duties. Supervisory leadership skills are the characteristics or attributes that enable supervisors to carry out these responsibilities. Supervisory leadership abilities are commonly regarded as soft skills since they require direct contact between a manager and an employee.
