Team Building Skills for Virtual Teams

INTRODUCTION

This seminar delves into the most important aspects of team dynamics for virtual teams. It assists teams in identifying their existing strengths and weaknesses and promotes team cohesiveness for enhanced effectiveness. Ultimately, this will improve the consumer experience. It is not a prescriptive method that specifies exact roles and tasks, but rather lets each team to assess their individual circumstances and develop the necessary skills and alignment to work effectively.

Participants in Virtual Team Building will establish roles and responsibilities for the team, as well as complete a sharing and capability assessment. Assessing the amount of interdependence within the team enables executives to better understand and recognize the difficulties that virtual teams confront.
