Strategic Human Resource Management

INTRODUCTION

This course gives a complete and up-to-date overview of the Human Resources Department’s function and operations. It introduces the most recent tools and approaches for efficient people management.

Participants will gain knowledge of the procedures involved, the systems utilized, and the skills required to succeed in a modern HR Department. They will investigate personnel tasks spanning from the recruitment interview to a dismissal meeting, as well as the necessary skills and the function of the HR Professional in the twenty-first century.
