HR Analytics
INTRODUCTION
Human resource analytics is a data-driven method of managing human resources. It is a very new tool. As a result, it has received little attention in the scientific literature. The most well-known idea of scientific HR analytics is that of Heuvel and Bondarouk. According to them, HR analytics is the systematic identification and assessment of the human drivers of business success (Heuvel & Bondarouk, 2016).
Human Resource Management has advanced dramatically during the previous century. It has progressed from a tactical to a more strategic discipline. Strategic Human Resource Management is one such example. This development is consistent with the data-driven approach that distinguishes HR analytics.
