INTRODUCTION

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are a set of criteria that may help managers and supervisors easily measure a team’s performance and efficiency at work. Profit is the most commonly used KPI. If the firm is performing well in terms of revenue and return on investment (ROI), then the team is doing well, right?
