Managing Diversity and Inclusion in Teams

INTRODUCTION

This course teaches you what diversity is and how to leverage it to improve team performance, innovation, and creativity by relying on social scientific viewpoints. Through real-world situations and peer-to-peer talks, you will also learn how to elicit the collective expertise of different teams, address disagreement, and establish shared ground rules. You will also learn how to overcome typical prejudices seen in diverse teams. Power, reward, and rhetoric systems are examined to assist you in creating profitable teams where diversity thrive.
